Coulee Physical Therapy is now offering indoor Pitching Lessons at Three Rivers Performance!
TO ALL POTENTIAL PITCHING PRODIGEES: I would be thrilled to have you join our fastpitch lessons and cannot wait to help you develop your skills, confidence, and passion for the game.
As your coach, I bring a deep understanding of pitching from multiple perspectives. With experience as a collegiate pitcher, training in biomechanics, and expertise as a physical therapist, I focus on not only improving your mechanics but also ensuring you stay strong, healthy, and efficient on the mound. My approach blends technical skill, injury prevention, and mental toughness to help you become the best pitcher you can be.
Every pitcher is unique, and I am here to help you find what works best for you. We’ll work together on mastering your mechanics, increasing velocity, improving accuracy, and building the mental resilience needed to compete at a high level—all while keeping the game fun and rewarding!
Because of my background in biomechanics and Physiology of Sports Performance, I have developed an additional training tool to increase power and speed. Check out the Explosive Power sessions, where I focus on building speed and strength geared specifically to benefit the softball pitcher! This will help you get a step ahead of the competition, increase pitching speed, and decrease risk of injury.
I’m so excited to be part of your journey and can’t wait to see your progress. Get ready to pitch with power, precision, and confidence!
I take pitchers of all levels. Please schedule your lesson at the “Book with Sarah” button, and select the location: Three Rivers Performance.
