Massage therapist/Office administrator (*NOTE: MUST hold a massage therapy license)
JOB DESCRIPTION
10 hours per week at $20/hr of office administrative duties including:
Paperwork and filing
answer/return phone calls and email, schedule/reschedule clients
Assisting in direct client care
Assisting in documentation of physical therapy notes
Laundry wash/dry/fold
General office cleaning and emptying of garbage
Marketing programs, website maintenance

Massage therapist duties: (variable per week, paid by number of massages performed)
Function under your license
Make and maintain your own schedule of days/hours
Reimbursed at a rate of $40 per hour of massage provided.

ANNUAL BONUS INCENTIVE!
Complete one year (50 weeks) and receive $1000 BONUS at annual review/anniversary date.
Complete two years (50 weeks each year)= receive $1250 at annual review/anniversary date.
Complete three years (50 weeks each year) receive $1500 at annual review/anniversary date.

Coulee Physical Therapy is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist or PTA to join our progressive and patient-focused clinic. Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Physical Therapist or PTA who:

Demonstrates a genuine compassion for clients and a commitment to their overall health and well-being.
Maintains a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Has experience in hands-on techniques and advanced manual therapy skills (preferred).
Holds certifications in Dry Needling and/or Graston Techniques (preferred, but not required).
Has training in Fascial Counterstrain or is eager to learn.
Motivated to be a mentor to student interns and assist in running our internship program.
Brings unique skills or special interests that align with and enhance our practice.

Qualifications:
Must hold a current Wisconsin state license to practice as a Physical Therapist/PTA.
